Hoolaulea 2011 was an incredible success, thanks to a wonderful group of fantastic people: Our neighbors, community leaders, business professionals, sponsors, donators, entertainers, artists, crafters, vendors, parents, students, ohana members, KS alumni, and KS Maui administration, staff and faculty.
Four new attractions were featured and received rave reviews: Hawaiian Cultural Center Blue & White Rummage Sale Hoolaulea 2011 Car Show Sadee’s Sweet Shoppe

Enhanced and complemented a great family day: fabulous entertainment, ono foods, delicious drinks, great games, Dunk Tank, bouncers, Keaka Kamalii, silent auction, Country Store, KS Maui Student Art Showcase and Gallery, 4-Man Grass Volleyball Tournament, Kanikapila Horseshoe Tournament, Hoolaulea 2011 Logo Shop, and stunning arts & crafts, and plants, sold by local artists and crafters.

KS Maui’s Hoolaulea 2010 Grant Recipients
Elementary School students, Middle School students, Class of 2011 Project Graduation, Teens Under Construction Kalaupapa Mission, Advance Art Student Exhibition, Spanish Club, Hawaiian Ensemble, Hawaiian 4 Class, Cheerleaders, Harry Potter Club, Scuba Club, KS Maui’s Band, and Kaili Mossman, a college engineering summer program participant.
Hoolaulea is a community event, coordinated and powered by the Parent Teacher Student ‘Ohana of Kamehameha Schools Maui, in partnership with Kamehameha Schools Maui. Funds raised support student enrichment programs not funded by KS Maui, and provides college scholarships for KS Maui graduates. KS Maui is a drug, alcohol, and smoke-free campus. KSMC PTSO is a Hawaii non-profit corporation, a recognized IRC 501(c)(3) organization.
